Compact high performance Waterjet Cutting Machine studied for an easy operation and built with high quality commercial components suitable for any standard 2 D cutting job application

The I.T.C (Intelligent Tapering Control™ ) cutting System is able to correct the tapering and achieve the perpendicular of the cut compensating by CNC the inclination of the high pressure waterjet +6° and increasing to the highest possible cutting speed for the lower cost per part. During this operation the Jet is direct also towards the piece in order to reduce the “Rc”(Tail Delay) effect and the acceleration-deceleration ramps time on the corner for the fastest and economical cutting cycle. The WaterCad-Cam™ generates the check program just by a Click

The Exclusive 5 Axis Evolution 3D Waterjet Cutting System by rotation point on the material is able by a self-positioning device to mantain AUTOMATICALLY the costant distance from the nozzle during the flat working by inclinated interpolation at +/- 69° or is able by 3D programming to interpolate in space.
